Returns

Eligibility Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your item(s). To qualify for a return, your kitchen faucet must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and still in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

The following types of items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or special-order kitchen faucets
  • Installed or used kitchen faucets
  • Perishable goods (not applicable)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance kitchen faucets (clearly marked at the time of purchase)

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process for your kitchen faucet, please contact our customer support team at support@vixxo.shop.

We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping expenses unless the return is due to our error, such as:

  • Wrong kitchen faucet sent
  • Defective or damaged item received

In cases where we made the mistake, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned kitchen faucet arrives at our facility and passes inspection, we will send you an email confirming receipt.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

For approved refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after approval.
  • The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

Refund Appearance Time

Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it.

If you do not see the credit within that timeframe, first check with your bank or credit card issuer, as processing times vary between financial institutions.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have waited beyond the expected timeframe and still have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company first.

If the refund still does not appear, please reach out to us at support@vixxo.shop, and we will investigate the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different kitchen faucet style, finish, or model, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Defective Kitchen Faucets

If you receive a kitchen faucet that is damaged, defective, leaking, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately.

Please include:

  • Detailed information about the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect
  • Your order number

Keep the original packaging and damaged item as evidence.

We will arrange either:

  • A replacement kitchen faucet
  • A full refund

based on your preference and eligibility.
